Aashayein Foundation

Aashayein Foundation is a purpose-driven non-profit organization committed to empowering women and uplifting underprivileged communities. Founded by Shobha Soni, the foundation works at the grassroots level to support women facing domestic violence, financial hardships, and social challenges.

We believe that every woman has the strength and potential to rebuild her life when given the right opportunities. Through skill development, health awareness, and community support, we help women regain confidence, achieve financial independence, and live with dignity.

At the same time, we extend our efforts towards underprivileged children, ensuring they receive access to education, care, and a hopeful future. Our work is rooted in compassion, sustainability, and long-term impact.

Founder & Chairperson

Shobha Soni is a passionate social entrepreneur from Jaipur, Rajasthan and the Founder & Chairperson of Aashayein Foundation. For more than 12 years, she has been working at the grassroots level to bring positive change in the lives of women and families from underprivileged communities.

As a certified MHM (Menstrual Hygiene Management) trainer and a dedicated social worker, she has consistently focused on empowering women by creating opportunities for skill development and livelihood. Through the initiatives of the foundation, many women have received training in stitching, embroidery, painting, knitting, and various creative crafts that help them become financially independent.

Her work is not only about teaching skills, but also about building confidence among women so they can stand on their own feet and support their families. By combining traditional skills with new opportunities, she has helped many women turn their talents into sustainable sources of income.

Under her leadership, Aashayein Foundation continues to create a supportive platform where women can learn, grow, and build a better future. Her vision is to strengthen communities by uplifting women socially and economically, ensuring that every woman gets the opportunity to live with dignity and self-respect.
