Working Together to Empower Women,
Support Children and Strengthen Communities

NGO Team

Aashayein Foundation is a dedicated non-profit organization based in Amer, Jaipur (Rajasthan), working to uplift underprivileged communities through meaningful social initiatives. The organization is committed to creating positive and sustainable change by supporting individuals and families who face social and economic challenges.

Our work primarily focuses on key areas such as Child Welfare, Women Empowerment, and Rural Development. Through various community-driven programs, we strive to provide better opportunities in education, health awareness, and skill development so that individuals can build a life of dignity, independence, and self-confidence.

With a strong connection to grassroots communities and continuous support from volunteers and local partners, the foundation actively implements need-based initiatives that address real challenges faced by people in rural and underserved areas. Our goal is not only to support communities today, but also to empower them with the knowledge and skills needed for a brighter and more secure future.

The Journey

Hello, I am Shobha Soni, Founder of Aashayein Foundation. Through my life journey, I have witnessed the silent struggles of countless women—women facing domestic violence, financial hardship, or the absence of a life partner. Despite their strength and skills, many remain unseen and unheard simply because they lack opportunities.

This realization led to the birth of Aashayein Foundation. Our mission goes beyond skill development—we aim to rebuild confidence, restore dignity, and ignite hope. By providing training in stitching, embroidery, painting, knitting, and toy-making, we empower women to become financially independent and self-reliant.

For me, Aashayein is not just an organization—it is a movement to transform pain into power. Because when a woman rises, she not only changes her own life but also secures a brighter future for her children and her community.

This recognition is not just mine—it belongs to every courageous woman who chose to rise above her circumstances and create her own identity. Together, we are not just changing lives—we are building hope.
